*There is a known issue at Rogers since possibly Saturday night, affecting calling. TCC calling appears to be working well on our side, both in and out. We have been advised that Rogers is working to correct the problem.*

Sign Up for eBill:
#1 Begin by clicking MYTCC in the top right navigation and select MY ACCOUNT
#2 You will be directed to our main log in screen, click Sign up to access our Self Serve Site
#3 On the registration page enter your TCC account number [112*****], last name on your bill and a valid email address
#4 Click Submit
#5 Select and answer a security question to help protect your account. Type in characters from picture and click submit
#6 Log into your email account to retrieve your confirmation email from Tuckersmith Communications Smart Hub
#7 In that email copy the temporary password given to you a select Login, this will bring you back to the main Login Screen
#8 Enter your email address and paste the temporary password given to you, click Login
#9 Enter a new password you can remember for your TCC Account, click Submit
#10 Enter a Security phrase or word to help protect your account, click Submit
#11 You are now signed up to receive your TCC bill via email every month and a $1 reoccurring monthly credit has been applied to your account! You will no longer receive a paper bill in the mail.
Remove eBill from your account:
#1 Once signed into TCC SmartHub, select My Profile from the top navigation Menu
#2 Select update my printed bill settings from the list of options to the left
#3 On the far right, under Printed Bill Status, move the toggle from OFF to ON
#4 Select yes to indicate you?d no longer like to receive eBills, remove your $1 monthly credit and receive a paper bill in the mail
