Registering for SmartHub

Smarthub is the gateway to accessing your TCC account anytime, anywhere. SmartHub has several features that make managing your account as easy as possible.

Here’s How To Get Started:

• Click MYTCC in the top navigation > then click MYACCOUNT
• You will need your TCC account number [found on the top right corner of your bill beginning with 112] last name or business & an active email address.
• Follow the prompts to assign 2 security questions to help us reset your password, if ever needed.
• You will then receive an email with your temporary password – use this to login and change your password to something you will remember.
• On the next screen input a security word that will display as an extra visual security check when making payments online.
• Now, start exploring all the new features of SmartHub
• Note: once your register with SmartHub you will automatically begin to receive an ebill.

Now – search SmartHub in your App Store and login into your TCC account, on the go!
