Smarthub is the gateway to accessing your TCC account anytime, anywhere. SmartHub has several features that make managing your account as easy as possible.
Here’s How To Get Started:
- Click MYTCC in the top navigation > then click MYACCOUNT
- You will need your TCC account number [found on the top right corner of your bill beginning with 112] last name or business & an active email address.
- Follow the prompts to assign 2 security questions to help us reset your password, if ever needed.
- You will then receive an email with your temporary password – use this to login and change your password to something you will remember.
- On the next screen input a security word that will display as an extra visual security check when making payments online.
- Now, start exploring all the new features of SmartHub
- Note: once your register with SmartHub you will automatically begin to receive an ebill.
Now – search SmartHub in your App Store and login into your TCC account, on the go!
