TCC & COVID-19 UPDATES

Retail locations All our locations [Brussels, Bayfield, Kippen, Seaforth & Clinton] remain open at this time.  For the safety of our employees, customers and community we ask that, where possible, you do limit your visits to our store front locations. We ask that if you need to visit one of our locations you kindly

  1. sanitize upon arrival
  2. adhere to the capacity limits posted on the doors and
  3. be patient as we are operating with fewer staff due to the current COVID landscape.

Paying Your TCC Bill 
We know many of you choose to pay your monthly TCC bill at one of our 5 locations but we wanted to remind you of alternate, no contact, ways available to make sure your monthly bill is paid:

  1. ONLINE through your Financial Institution
  2. ONLINE directly through our website using ‘PAY NOW’ feature
  3. LEAVE PAYMENTS at either our Kippen or Clinton location through the available mail slots
  4. MAIL PAYMENTS to 40023 Kippen Road, Kippen ON, N0M 2E0
  5. REGISTER FOR SMART HUB our online portal where you can access your TCC account, pay bills & add automatic payment through your bank or credit card
  6. CALL US to add automatic payment to your account
  7. **NEW ONLINE E-TRANSFER** You can now also e-transfer your TCC bill amount through your financial institution. E-transfers can be sent to tcc@tcc.on.ca. Please reference you account number in the memo field of the transfer.
