Setting Up TCC Email

TCC.on.ca Email Addresses
Select IMAP
Username: everything before @tcc.on.ca
ex: customer@tcc.on.ca, username = customer
Incoming Server: mail.tcc.on.ca    Port 993
Security: SSL (accept all)
Outgoing Server: smtp.tcc.on.ca   Port 587
Security: TLS (accept all)

*Outgoing mail requires authentication

tccmail.ca Email Addresses
Select IMAP
Username: full email address
ex: customer@tcc.on.ca, username = customer
Incoming Server: mail.tcc.on.ca    Port 993
Security: SSL (accept all)
Outgoing Server: smtp.tccmail.ca   Port 587
Security: TLS (accept all)

EZ-link Email Addresses
Select IMAP
Username: everything before @ezlink.ca
ex: customer@ezlink.ca, username = customer
Incoming Server: mail.ezlink.ca   Port 993
Outgoing Server: smtp.ezlink.ca   Port 587

*Outgoing mail requires authentication

How To Set Up TCC Email on iPhone

  1. Click the mailbox at the bottom of your screen.
  2. Click add account.
  3. Click other.
  4. Fill in your name, email address and password and click next.
  5. Click IMAP
  6. Fill out the incoming mail server
    Host Name = mail.tcc.on.ca
    User Name = (beginning of your email address ie: customer@tcc.on.ca, username = customer)
    Password
  7. Fill out the outgoing mail server
    Host Name = smtp.tcc.on.ca
    User Name = (beginning of your email address ie: customer@tcc.on.ca, username = customer)
    Password
  8. Click Next
  9. Go into Settings > Mail/Contacts & Calendars
  10. Click your TCC account.  Scroll to the bottom.
  11. Click Advanced Settings.
    Incoming Mail Server: Security: TLS (Recommended)/SSL   Port 993
    Outgoing Mail Server: Security: STARTTLS (Recommended)/TLS/SSL    Port 587
    Outgoing mail requires authentication
  12. Click Done.
