Can I Set Up Parental Control?

Parental Controls are a great way to make sure your kiddos aren’t *accidentally* getting into anything they shouldn’t!

Set up on your Mobile Phone:

#1 download TCCTV mobile app, login
#2 select the three line menu in the top left
#3 select parental controls
#4 create a PIN

Set up on web browser at tv.tcc.on.ca:
#1 head to the above URL & login
#2 select the profile image in the top right
#3 select parental controls
#4 create a PIN

Once these steps are complete you will now be asked to enter your chosen Parental PIN to play content with a parental guidance rating of R, TVMA, NC17, 18+, 18A or A [adult].
