Preregistration is required to participate in the TCC Election of Directors. By preregistering, our staff is able to confirm that all those interested in voting are active co-operative members. If you are a TCC customer but unsure if you are a member, please do no hesitate to reach out. Our customer service representatives can quickly assist you with this. All customers are eligible to become members for a one time fee of $1.
Preregistration begins Monday, March 27th and closes Monday, April 17th at 12:00pm.
By successfully preregistering you will be emailed a secure ballot to vote in the 24hr Election of Directors.

Bryan was raised in Huron County with a keen interest in Agriculture and Rural Affairs. As an Owner/Manager of a local Agribusiness, Bryan realizes how critical telecommunication infrastructure is to rural community success. As an avid volunteer, Bryan has seen the commitment of TCC many times adding to the success of our local communities. He has been a member of the TCC Board of Directors for 1 year and hopes to continue working with the TCC management team and seeing the TCC membership services continue to improve.

- You do not need to be present at the meeting to vote in the Election of Directors

- There are 2 vacancies this year on the TCC Board of Directors – one in Central/North Huron Region & one in Huron East/West Perth/South Huron Region.
- Incumbent Bryan Vincent is eligible for re-election in The Huron East/West Perth/South Huron Region
- Pre-registration to vote closes Monday, April 18th at 12:00pm. Pre-register here
- A secure online ballot will be emailed to all those who pre-registered on April 18th at 2pm. Voting will remain open for 24 hours.
- Once voting is closed & all votes are tallied members and candidates will be notified of results via email.
- All TCC cooperative members are eligible to vote in all boundaries. [ie: even if you do not live in the Bluewater boundary, but are a member, you are eligible vote in this years election.]
- ** Reminder // Each TCC member share counts as one vote. Each member share is eligible to vote for 1 director per boundary. Meaning, this year there is 1area boundary with an election – Bluewater – 1 representative from each household can cast 1 vote, in this race.
