No problem, this is common given all the passwords we have these days. Reminder, you TCCTV username will always be your email address you provided upon activation. You can reset your TCC TV password but following these easy steps:
Resetting your TCCTV Username and/or Password
#1 go to tv.tcc.on.ca
#2 select forgot password
#3 enter your email address provided at activation
#4 click submit
#5 now check your email address & follow the prompt given with the confirmation link
