We kindly ask that all customers enrol with TCC SmartHub & ebilling prior to November 1ST, 2022, however there are three categories of customer that this does not apply to. If you fall in any of the following categories, please still contact our office at 519.606.2211 prior to November 1ST to continue receiving your TCC bill by mail. This does not apply to customers who: are over the age of 65; do not have internet; and/or self-identify as a person with disabilities

Enrolling with TCC SmartHub takes less than five minutes and it truly is your gateway to all things regarding your TCC account. Smarthub has a number of really great features like being able to view your currently bill or billing history, make payments, report an issue if your service, access to home wifi control and allows you view important TCC notices on demand. Follow these steps to get started and please reach out along the way if further assistance is needed.
