Wonderful, knowledgeable, patient tech that installed our new upgrade. Customer service has always been great with TCC. We upgraded to high speed internet at the same time but have not noticed a difference with the speed. Some glitching with the new Internet TV as well which is a bit frustrating. But overall have always been happy with TCC.
